EXPEDITION COORDINATION:
A ROLE AT THE HEART OF EVERY CHALLENGE
Discover the expeditions I've led as Expedition Leader. Each project is unique, and every athlete faced specific challenges—but one constant defines all: flawless organization. From logistics and safety to team coordination, managing unforeseen events, emotions, and individual needs. Overseeing communications, nurturing sponsor relations, and ensuring each challenge turns into a success.

2023 | NORTH ALASKA & NORTH CANADA
A historic and extreme solo crossing of the Northwest Passage by ski-kite and ski-trekking: 3,000 km in 77 days at temperatures reaching –50 °C, surrounded by polar bears. A non-motorized journey from Alaska’s west coast to eastern Canada, with rally points in Inuit villages or isolated oil platforms.

2023 | ARCTIC NORWAY (SPILDRA)
In the heart of winter Arctic, freediving champion Arthur Guérin-Boëri completed multiple dives in the freezing waters of Kvænangen fjord, beyond the Arctic Circle, alongside orcas. Dressed only in a thin wetsuit, he confronted darkness, extreme cold, and the presence of apex marine predators—each dive a test of physical and mental mastery.

2022 | NORTH CANADA
2021 | FINLAND
In 2021 in Finland, Arthur Guérin-Boëri set the world record for ice freediving in a wetsuit, covering 120 meters under near-freezing water. The following year in Canada, he pushed the limits further, setting a new record with 105 meters under ice in a swimsuit. These feats represent the pinnacle of endurance, precision, and mental resilience.

2024 | BOLIVIA, UYUNI
Loury Lag took his daughters, ages 7 and 9, across the Salar de Uyuni—the world’s largest salt flat—at 3,800 meters altitude. They trekked and camped in this white expanse, enduring bitter nights at –10 °C and blazing daytime heat, walking for days with no comforts. An extraordinary journey, shared as a family, beyond screens and routine.

2018 | LONDON TO PARIS
Marine Leleu became the first Frenchwoman to complete the Enduroman: an ultra-triathlon from London to Paris—144 km running, a 49 km swim across the Channel, and 290 km cycling—completed in 69 hours. An achievement born of sheer endurance and determination.
